Annual Members' Meeting

Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Mei Mabuah will take place on Thursday, November 24, 2005 19:00 at the Eco Lodge, Mitzpe Ramon.

The evening will include:

A Light dinner

2 speakers: Nataly, a herbalist and acupuncturist, will speak on what she learned from the Bedouin about the medicinal plants of the Negev, and Ziv, the owner of the Eco Lodge, will talk about work he is doing with the children of Mitzpe Ramon and the Bedouin.

The business agenda for the Annual Meeting will include:

1.  Election of Board Members and Officers.

2.  Confirmation of official signatories of the organization.

3.  Approval of the organization's accountant.

4.  Election of the Vaad Bikoret and acceptance of the financial report.

5.  Election of the Mei Mabuah representative to the Board of Green Systems.

This Annual Members Meeting will be unique, for the first time the meeting will be held outside of Jerusalem. For those wishing to spend the night and Shabbat ask Stephanie for a list of accommodations and things to do and see in Mitzpe Ramon.

This meeting is for "Members Only", please remit your payment for membership renewal if you haven't already done so, prior to the meeting.
